Each and every Hydro Turbine for Cooling Tower Cell is specifically designed based on the data furnished/collected.

Hydro Turbine for Cooling Tower are placed where the gearbox are originally located after replacing it. Turbine output shaft dimension are kept same as that of gearbox extension shaft/output shaft, so that the existing Fan Hub Assembly can fit on the Hydro Turbine shaft.

We also incorporate a Fan speed measurement device consisting of toothed wheel mounted on turbine shaft with inductive proximity sensor along with RPM indicator to display speed of Fan.

The Hydro turbine is entirely manufactured in Stainless Steel material comprising of SS 304, SS 410 & SS 17-4Ph, etc.
